Just got my first Legendary. Was re-running the spot in Act 1 NM to get the Developr Hell to spawn (no luck) but a random yellow skellie dropped this guy...

I suppose there is a character rollback feature, like on WoW right ? Please confirm or deny anyone who has been hacked, but back in my days of WoW when I got hacked, I filed a ticket and it was pretty easy for them to roll back my character. Seeing as they keep the last character you deleted, I'm almost sure they keep backups for that reason exactly. Try contacting them Hrus

@Hrus: Ouch, that's bad:( I am really starting to hate Blizzard for this. D3 might be the last damn thing I purchased from these greedy bastards, first they release something you can't play offline and now it seems that there are more serious drawbacks than compulsory internet connection, lags or even HC deaths. If there was no such thing as auction house, there would be not such motivation for hackers to steal our stuff.

Now I am sure I will be going back to D2(if anything) once I've played every character a little. There is nothing in this game that could possibly keep me interested for a reasonably long time. Moreover, from my feeling making money is starting to be the main goal of Blizzard, with much much higher priority than making the game as good as possible.

Blizzard rerolled my characters, so I didn't lost much but a day of playing. I still have 1 legendary (Lut Socks - Legendary Boots) I found earlier.

Found my first legendary, Sledge of Ankeargh or something, they're selling for 5-30 million on the AH, so I've put it up with a 500,000 starting bid and 20,000,000 buyout
