    Question Stacking +damage% taken by enemies

    I just have a quick question: does Breaking Wave stack with Mantra of Conviction? Or is only the strongest +damage debuff applied to monsters?

    Also, can Resolve stack with the Concussion rune of crippling wave to reduce the damage an enemy can do by 45%?

    I don't think there's any way of knowing yet. And these would be hard to test. Perhaps asking on Bnet forums might help?
