This question was asked multiple times on bn forums, no answer, so maybe here someone knows.
Plenty of people from EU, have active starter edition on their battlenet accounts (ex closed beta testers for example).
The problem is, region under starter box says "The Americas", despite fact account it registerd in EU country.



Does this mean, once servers are up, such user will be able to play trial version only at american server? (and after upgrading to full version only continue started characters there, at american realm)
Or that doesn't mean anything, and just the server selected in game client matters?
I know plenty of people have this issue, they have starter edition, they are waiting for box, which in many cases won't be delivered before game launch, so they would like to start character via starter edition, and just continue playing next day in the morning when they receive their keys. But if starter will be restricted to NA only, they will need to start over, if they want to play at EU realm.
Oh and, that region can't be changed anywhere in bn account settings, language choice during client download attempt, does not affect that selected region.
