C/C elemental assassin - weapon choice

Is it just me or is there an absence of a guide for this type of build?
I'm wondering which claws to choose for this build? At the moment I'm thinking about using Bartucs and Chaos (purely for the the FO coolness...).

What do you mean by elemental assassin? There is a Phoenix Strike guide near the bottom of the page. Or are you talking about CoT / BoI / FoF ?
