I am positive I'm just not operating at full capacity today. That said, in case I'm not crazy: how could teleport function as anything other than a mouse-bound skill? You'd need to click a spot to teleport to after all, right?

You move your mouse somewhere on the screen, hit the hotkey (1 to w/e) and it teleports you there, no clicking involved.

yes... there are a ton of directed abilities that you use with hotkeys and not your mouse. and they all work in this fashion.

On my beta barb I leap bound to 1 and it worked out just fine; should be the same concept for the wizard.
