I think OP should highlight that link in the first post, and also a big fat link here should be good, seems like people don't notice that document exist and is editable.

There is a reverse problem however. If ppl don't post here but update there, it's hard to figure out. I.e. a huge pain for those of us that periodically come here to add the new ppl. Perhaps a field that denotes records added from the thread?

Edit: i fixed the leading space in a bunch of battle tags, should sort better now.
