Is there actually any evidence of this? The rumours going around don't really do anything but compare items, without saying anything about how rare they are relative to eachother. I wonder how much easier it is to find these better-than-orange magic items.

As for pre-inferno legendaries, I really think they should suck. How silly would it be to find an item in Normal that you would use for the rest of the game? In the early difficulties, you level up so quickly that you are bound to find stuff that is better than a low level legendary fast. Or were everyone avid users of the stoutnail in D2?

And while I looked for the link to stoutnail, I saw news on the frontpage that Blizzard is reworking legendaries!

Yes, they are reworking them.

They just usually are only going to be better for a few levels, then you will find better stuff. Of course most of the complaints are stemming from end game gear. Eventually you will have a level 60 of each class and the lower level items are useless. Of course this changes a bit for untwinked play and stuff like that.

Diablo 3 Grail List

It'll accept anything ('x', 'yes' or # found) on the Legendary and Set tabs and display the totals on the first tab. Its an Excel document but should open fine in any other Spreadsheet software. Let me know if you need something else.

This looks awesome!

A couple of questions though... what about the named blue items (the two I'm thinking of are wirt's original leg and Rakanishu's blade) technically they are blue instead of the Orange legendary. There is also a hamburger something or other and the Spectrum blade found in Whimsyshire that I didn't see on the list.

I've been using this site and just applying filters under the items stuff.

2. I broke down and bought some gear on the AH, thereby DQ'ing myself.
