I think disintegrate and RoF are badass looking so with much anticipation of Diablo 3 I spent some time coming up with a build that would hopefully work well with both of them without using a signature.

Disintegrate w/ Convergence for larger AOE however I'm not sure how much bigger this makes it so something else like Intensify may be a better alternative
Ray of Frost w/ Cold Blooded, really good single target damage obviously, coldblooded for arcane sustainability. I'm to lazy/lack the capabilities of figuring out how sustainable this build is exactly so it will take actually playing in game to find out.
Slow Time w/ Time Warp, nice defensive skill for both melee and especially ranged attacks. Time warp makes it great offensively especially since this build is only channeling.
Familiar w/ Arcanot, mostly just for arcane sustainability but also works with Temporal Flux to slow things along with Disintegrate which is important since I wont be able to move while casting (the major downfall of this build)
Energy Armor w/ Prismatic Armor, for some reason I can't find myself leaving this armor out of any build. Increasing your armor by 65% and resistances by 40% just sounds like something that needs to be used for inferno. I could be completely wrong though. It also counteracts the negatives of Glass Cannon. And Astral presence counteracts the -20 maximum arcane power.
Diamond Skin w/ Prism, if **** gets crazy become invincible, not too much to be said. Prism will help with arcane sustainability and yes I do just like saying sustainability. My only concern for this is that it's max absorption is not going to suffice for inferno.
Glass Cannon: Damage!
Astral Presence: Sustainability!
Temporal Flux: Slow!
Let me know what you think
Just an fyi, the cold blood rune is bugged. RoF wont be AP free in the game.
If ROF isn't free or very very cheap with that rune then this build really won't work, like any other build that relies on free ROF instead of a signature spell. Hard to tell whether the website is bugged or the other data is not up to date or whatever, but I think it's quite reasonable to expect the spell to not be free, since it deals good damage compared to the signature skills (even if only single target).
From what I've read Cold Blooded is only going to reduce the cost of RoF from 20 to 10 AP per cycle. You are going to need a signature spell in your build to be viable.
Supposing he takes Astral Presence and Arcanot with his Familiar, this will regenerate 14 AP per second. So the rays will only drain 6 AP per second given 1 attacks per second.
