I'm Confused About Launch Times?

So I live in Queensland, Australia (GMT + 10). Which region am I considered to be a part of, Asia, Europe, or America??
Also what time will I be able to play on the 15th?

We're considered part of North America, region-wise.

Servers go live for us at 5pm, May 15th (at least here in Melbourne - you can't be too far off, if your time is different at all). So no real need to take off on that day of work or school :P.
