Frenzy/Whirlwind build

What do you guys think about a frenzy/ww build - assuming the IAS from frenzy will increase the amounts of ww attack per second? Frenzy seems like a must-have for bosses and boosted ww for AOE.

Any suggestions for runes ?

I just read the Frenzy tool tip again. It says "Frenzy attack speed increases by... "

I did not get to play around with Frenzy in the beta - does that mean, that the increased attack speed only applies to Frenzy ?

Yeah Frenzy only affects Frenzy- as the tooltip says. I plan on using a Frenzy, WW build as those were my two fav skills from D2.
