Diablo 2 mouse delay/lagg

So basically i download diablo 2 and expansion and install them.


When i run the game the screen goes black and i hear the intro sound, about 5 seconds into the sound, the picture appears and etc, i click esc to skip.


So now when i get to the menu, i can notice my mouse has a really big delay and feels a bit choppy.


So i start a game and its still that choppy.


so i run fraps and check my fps and its 60 constant, and my monitor is 60hz so i shouldnt notice any lagg.
the monsters dont lagg, nothing like that, its just that its really heavy delay on my mouse.


PC specs:
Windows 7 home premium 64bit
120gb A-data SSD 511 series 6.0gb/s
AMD phenom II x4 965 BE 3,4ghz
XFX radeon HD 6850
4gb RAM


Mouse: Razer deathadder using drivers (if this helps)


i can run diablo 3 but not diablo 2, irony much?...

Are you using DirectDraw or Direct3D? I'd recommend DirectDraw if you're not already using it (use D2VidTst to switch between them).
