Here's the way I think you should play the classes:

Male: Monk, Barb, and WD
Female: Wiz and DH

Those are the defaults according to Blizzard, based on the website and old teaser material...

Personally I found the female Wizard to be a bit juvenile, so ended up with a male. I tried out a male DH, but found him far to 'Twilight' for my liking (saying that, I didn't give him much opportunity - don't think he made it out of the inn!). So, apart from the Wizard, that's pretty much what I have gone for.

Oh, and just to keep it OT... /serves up some sushi & sake

A female barb is quite the sight, I'd imagine :P

I usually pick female characters (didn't buy a video card to get more detail in man-butts ;-) ), but I regret going for a female monk. Her accent is just ridiculous.

I just spent two hours outside, watching our pathetic performance against the Germans. So I'll have some hot sake if there's any left.

I am the same, although I have a male barb as the female one looks ridiculous.

I think those large protrusions on the front of her would make it rather difficult to fight.
