There are some skills with the discription "Continuously deals damage" for example Sleeping Wind
How fast is continuously 1x per second?

Probably once per cycle in this case. 1x cycle is equal to your attacks per second.

When it's every second, it usually specifies "per second." If not, it's probably equal to APS. Nobody can say for sure without testing first.

Once per second don't sound much continuously to me. Specially as channeled spells have numbers shown in 0,5 sec cycles, and show estimated damage, check this thread for more: http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/s...nd-Pet-Scaling .
