[Active] Seize the Initiative does not add to armor

Like the topic says, applying the Active Skill "Seize the Initiative" on the Monk does not increase your armor value by the stated "100% of your dexterity."

Indeed, as stated in the FAO skills and items aren't effecting each other atm
