Lucky duck! You wouldn't have another spare would you craKus ? I've gone back to NM finding Hell too hard without good gear.
And Tal is insanely in demand. I've seen Ber offered for Tal armor.

Mezz, I don't really want to let the occulus go until I have Tal's armor and Neck. The orb isn't really that strong unless it's the last piece to get the +3 skills complete set bonus.

As for the 5@R charm, my ISO is up at the top, couple pieces of merc gear, tal's armor neck and orb, or currency (runes or keys mostly).

The price guide I tend to go by says 5@R is worth ~ HR, but I always go cheaper when selling to folks on these forums, so maybe Mal / Ist if that sounds good to you?

Just throwing this out there, I'd hold on to the eth andys till a little bit later in ladder. Not only are they very rare and sought after, but yours has perf str and almost perf leech. Could fetch a very nice price a bit later in ladder.
