There's no reason to go for like a 5% increase in HP when String's leech just means so much more for your survivability. The MDR is also nice. If you've got Dracs and a fair amount of LL from elsewhere then dungo's is a decent choice, though I always use T-gods when I don't need leech (i.e. on a Berserker).

Verdungo's is for pvp. People see that it is recommended for pvp and assume that makes it awesome.
