Link doesnt seem to work?
It uses a Radeon 7670M
I don't know that chip and it's not on Blizzard's supported GFX list
But laptops, especially sub $800 aren't good for playing any game.
If you got a case and a power supply, you should be able to buy a decent mobo/cpu/gfx card with that money.

It is a decent laptop to run Diablo III on. The cpu is pretty strong, and the GPU is a better card than the NVidia 540M/630M, which is what most people are happy to get on a budget "gamer laptop". It will play Diablo III, how high the settings will go I don't know, but you will be able to find a settings that work for you.
If you look on Notebookcheck, and scroll down to the games, you'll see the card does pretty well on low settings, and reach decent framerates on medium and high in games that are more taxing than Diablo III. If the card can give you 40FPS on medium settings playing Crysis 2, then you are good to go I'd say, and if we can use Starcraft 2 as a reference, then you can play on med/high settings.
Edit: With the price cuts it actually looks like a pretty good deal to me.
