Frenzy barb armor - treachery?

My frenzy barb is wielding an ebotd cb and edeath cs. According to calculations i need 69 additional ias to reach 5 fpa. Would you guys recommend wearing treachery? Im planning on wearing:

Arreats
Draculs
Highlords
Nosferatu
Gores
Raven + Bk

With this setup id have 30 IAS and missing 39. Treachery seems like a viable choice as i really dont want to switch around any other gear.

A script Titanseal wrote after tests indicated that his calc was innaccurate gives the following breakpoints for BotD CB / Death CS (level 26-30 Frenzy):

First weapon equipped as primary weapon in the left weapon slot:
0 IAS: 15 ticks
2 IAS: 14 ticks
18 IAS: 13 ticks
35 IAS: 12 ticks
65 IAS: 11 ticks
138 IAS: 10 ticks

IMO, no, the extra IAS is not worth the ED and defense on Fort (nor the ability to teleport if you're into that sort of thing).

Btw, what does "ticks" mean?

Shoulda clarified that. That's just the words he uses for frames - 10 frames here includes for both swings of the attack, so it's really 5 fpa.
