Rare/Legendary Item Label

I've played the beta for two months and i forgot to check one thing, so if anyone know the answer, be my guest.

When you get an item, let's say, a rare, it would be like this on the ground: "Short Sword" (in yellow)
after you identified that, let's say that the Short Sword got a name like "Zombie Killer"

if you drop that sword again, how will it be labeled when you press the ALT key?

a)

Zombie Killer
Short Sword

B)

Zombie Killer

the answer is B
but you can hold CTRL while you hover over an item that's on the ground to see the full stats including the item type (just like when it's in your inventory)
