Yes, I would like to see an option to quickly change between saved builds.
No, that would ruin everything and make the game too much like WoW
I am indifferent. It is already easy to switch builds.
it wouldn't, you would still experiment, but once you have found the builds you like you can save them. as i have already said this could be a feature that unlocks only at 60 so players have more than enough time to learn the class and all its potential.
this is potentially a great idea, instead of "you" saving builds, the game auto saves them for you. creating a list of builds (maybe top ten) you have used before ordered by how much game time you have logged in that build.
It could also compile the specs globally giving you a list of the top 10 builds used by players world wide.
......... maybe im getting abit carried away here..... hahaha
I'd be perfectly happy with 5 or so saved presets. "Group balanced" "Group tank" "Group DPS" "Solo balanced" and "Solo DPS" seems sufficient.
Also, poll was rigged, mentioning WoW automagically attracts haters.
I think I'm going to recreate the poll if no one has a problem with that; rewording the poll to be more effective.
Question to be posed:
Would you like to be able to save and load builds in game?
Answers:
Yes, it would save me time and be a convenience.
Yes, but only if there were restrictions such as location or cooldown.
No, I would rather change kills and runes one at a time.
No, I wish we weren't able to change skills at all.
Anyone have any problems with a reposting? Should I change/add any of the answers to better suite actual opinions? I would like to see the numbers on this concept.

I guess, why not allow that if currently only "penalty" is really digging through the skill tabs and chosing them manually (aside from mf penalty later on). It is very simple and automatic operation, so option to have build "profiles", doesn't seem like a bad idea. Even if it had longer total timer, i'd like to respec my build to pvp version with one mouse click, instead of digging through skill tree.
The game is designed around situational skill choice, not on a fixed build. Whoever doesn't get that should stick to Diablo 2.
Problem is people will be running away from mobs with their skills window open, trying to choose new skills and put runes as fast as they can.
The save & switch thing would be only beneficial. Maybe with some extra 10 second cool-down.
If a hotkey is confusing, put tabs on the skill page and an apply button on each tab.
Also, if they don't offer an easier way to do it, scripts that do will sure come out.
You don't need two separate yes answers. Blizz will have to put restrictions on it so you can't use it mid battle. I think you should word it like.
Yes, the function is already in the game now its just manual and drawn out for no reason. this would save me time and be a convenience without negatively impacting the game in anyway.
No, bacuz herp derpy dip dop potato.
in inferno, barbarians will be spending more time in the skills menu than in battle, switching that Earthquake rune from fire to cold and back.
