When was the last time you were as hyped about a game as Diablo 3? o

World of Warcraft was like this for me. Didn't help I heard of Blizzard working on it back in 2001.

I don't usually get very hyped about anything, but I can whip myself in to a small frenzy in rare cases. Skyrim was the previous one, now D3.

Looking back on it I guess WOW, only because I had a level 60 in beta and then still played the hell out of that game until mid BC. But (like most people I would guess..) I really don't remember why I liked that game so much and definitely towards the end I was only logging in out of obligation to my guildmates until I realized they'll do fine without me.

Given that nothing compares to D3, aside all Blizzard games in general, I was pretty hyped for Donkey Kong Returns.

I certainly hope that once the game launches, we can have intelligent discussions about the game without people bashing on it.

I do not check any individual game sites nearly as often as I do this one (several times daily lol) so my answer would be never.
