When will I receive my pre-ordered copy from Amazon? der=0>

Hey, how's it going?

I pre-ordered a copy of Diablo 3 on Amazon, which states that I will "Get it the day it comes out!" Seeing as how the servers will be going live at 12AM/midnight PDT (and I live in PDT), does that mean I won't even receive my copy and cannot play until most likely the afternoon of May 15th (i.e. over 12 hours after the servers go live)?

Just out of curiosity, when did you get it?

I just walked into a store, took a copy from a heap of 1000 of them and that was it.

I haven't received mine yet. According to Amazon, I should get it today sometime before 7pm.

By the way, how are you? You probably don't remember me, but we've spoken multiple times. Of course, our conversations took place nearly a decade ago, as it's been that long since Diablo 2 was released.

Amazon and UPS say mine will arrive tomorrow. I did not pay extra for same-day delivery. And reading this thread, I am glad for it. Sounds like it would have been wasted money.

Yes, becuase EVERYONE has an extra $60 just sitting around... and just SPENDING money you don't have to spend is ALWAYS a good idea...
