Forum pages keep going up and down

All of the pages on this forum, including this "create a thread page," continually go up and down at random intervals. They go up by about 4 lines or so and then back down. The interval varies from 1 second to 8 seconds. It is extremely annoying, as it makes reading anything a dizzying experience.
Please advise on how to fix this.

I am using Firefox 11 on Window 7 64bit.

I have not had this issue, and I am using the same browser / OS.

Is it happening randomly, or is it happening when you first get to a page?

Randomly. It is not doing it right now but that is no predictor.

BTW I really enjoy your commentary during the live streams.

Problem is resolved. We are in contact with Vbulletin to find out what is up with the forums that is allowing this to happen.
