Yeah I know that, my point with post was only to correct him about the misconception with "210 per weapon, which is added together" part. He might just have formulated it abit wierd.

Yeah, I meant in the way you strike with two weapons. I'm not certain, but in the beta I saw a damage boost beyond what would be 15% faster APS whenever I equipped 2 Knuckles. My math could've been wrong though.

That can happen, when the second weapon you equip has stats which will affect your first weapon as well. Bonus APS, primary stat, etc. No skill strikes with both your weapons at once.
