The Crazy Grenadier (let's throw some love to the hate-grenade)

One of the more fun themed builds i've seen around is the one making heavy use of rockets. However, it's a little bit too obviously designed to be viable for my taste, plus you're just shooting rockets in addition to your regular attacks and that's just not extreme enough. So let's do something crazy and build entirely around lobbing grenades, while keeping arrows, shadow beasts and traps to a minimum.

    The Crazy Grenadier

The first skill is Grenades' Tinkerer. I haven't seen it being chosen by many people before, which is quite strange because it's potentially one of the if not the best Hatred generator, and generating Hatred is what we want to be doing if we want to go all out.

The second skill is Strafe's Demolition, to throw grenades at randomly chosen targets around us.

The third skill is Rapid Fire's Bombardment, for when we want to rapidly dislocate a single target.

The fourth skill is Rain of Vengeance's Anathema, to shower an area with love.

The fifth skill is Cluster Arrow's Loaded for Bear, when grenades alone don't suffice to swiftly take down the bigger prey we'll blow them up with a big boom and then blow them up some more with miniature bombs.

The sixth and last skill is Preparation's Punishment, which will provide us with more Hatred at the cost of Discipline. A fair trade.

The first passive skill is Grenadier, decreasing Load for Bear's Hatred cost plus generate more Hatred from grenades. Unfortunately i highly doubt that grenades in this case includes anything else then our one Hatred generating skill.
We're also packing a little goodbye present.

The second passive skill is Vengeance, because the blood from our exploding enemies will fill us with more joyous Hatred.

The last passive skill is Archery, not that there'll be much left from the archery target when we start throwing grenades at it.

3 abilities that can be spammed and cost hatred is way too much. 1 should be plenty. 2 if you really really feel you need for them to serve different purposes, but seems like will rarely/never be worth it.

If I make a DH it'd probably use grenades and cluster arrow as primary/secondary and use the grenadier passive. Everything else will really need to be picked by trial and error to best support those 2 skills, as it's really hard to tell what will actually be effective.

Same comment. This build lacks slows/control/mobility.

    Something like this: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/calculato...TYl!gbe!acbZaY
might not have the perfect hatred spender for every situation, but your overlal damage output/hatred gain/mobility and safety will be significantly better

Who cares about effective. GRENADES! But then, who says this aint effective, each hatred costing spam skill serves a different situation of mob numbers, strength, placement and density. Why would i gimp myself using Cluster Arrow on weak mobs that are randomly scattered around me when i can decimate them quicker with Demolition and probably even save myself a huge amount of hatred? If between Vengeance, Tinkerer, Punishment and Grenadier you can't pay the relative steep hatred upkeep then you're doing something wrong.

slow/control/mobility? Erm, you guys are completely missing the point of the build.

Well I guess it'll be fun to roam around with this in normal-nightmare, once you get some gear in hell-inferno, but you still NEED vault! Simple because rolling is awesome ,

You rather pick a skill named "Tumble" then a skill named "Demolition"? Get out of my thread.
