To the people buying CE copies, how will be using yours? der=0>

On a side note, I upgraded to CE when I got the chance not only for the wings or the vanity pet in WoW or the extra goodies (although Blizzard art books are usually wonderful stuff), but also for just having the shiny box on my shelf next to my other collector's editions. It sounds silly, come to think of it, but just having a collector's edition is so much more special to me. The wings and everything else is just the bonus.

I'm using it, and not flipping it because I believe in contributing to society and not being a parasite looking to make a quick buck.

I'll be using it cause I actually want the CE, hence ordering it. Strange.

These forums are all about discussions. Granted, they can get heated sometimes, but in general we still like different opinions if they are actually well presented. You are free to disagree with people, but posting trollish pictures serves no other purpose than throwing flames in the fray. The general memberbase of these forums is more than 12 years old.

And yet you greatly reflected your maturity by responding with such hostility/sarcasm, if you weren't 12, you could've done without it. Ironic that you say your opinion is "well represented". You were actually the one who ignited the flame (well one of the few). Anyways, Let's just drop this, k?

In the last few days I have seen a number of occasions where you dismissed a post by putting up a silly forum picture like that. I never called you a 12 year old, but I am calling you out on that behaviour that is very fitting for that age. Now, knowing that, read my post again, please. In no way I was hostile or sarcastic, apart maybe from the eye rolling bit which was actually true. I did roll my eyes.

Don't confuse a flame with an actual request to post a little more maturely. You show that you can do that, and picture posts like that are not funny, don't contribute anything and in general tick people off.

I absolutely plan to use my collectors edition. Ordered it back in october. Can't wait to see the wings. The dyes seem cool to but the wings and the diablo skull is what sold me.

Same, I initially wanted to use it, but $100 felt a bit much for a fancy USB stick and some minor graphical changes. Especially after knowing that the dye wasn't as described (thought it would have that glowing effect that they say in the description).

Septar's post might have been somewhat borderline (although he still didn't direct anything at you personally - you did make a poll about it and could get any sort of answer). But if you feel the other posts required stepping in, aren't you a tiny bit overdefensive then?

That said, if you somehow feel wrongfully treated, either report the post or answer in a civilized manner. I don't consider forum meme's civilized retorts.

I'd rather have this out in the open, now that its already derailed. I wasn't over defensive, I just wanted to point out that I wasn't getting mad, which was clearly their intent, I mean, why else would you respond like that? Things only got out of hand once you implied that I was no more than 12 years old, and I saw the irony in that. And that response was obviously pointed at me, let's not act naive now.
