GAMESTOP now taking pre-orders of CE again.

i just checked the website and you can preorder the CE again. It says not available for store pick up BUT when i went through check out it asked me to select the store to pick it up at and i was not charged shipping.

whats going on!

Update: I checked out and i now have an order that says pick up in store.

I'm not sure how you were able to choose that as an option. Mine is stubbornly on shipping only with no ability to change that even after checkout.

This is strange. 2 days ago I checked with me Gamestop and they said that they weren't taking anymore CE preorders.

They should have something to do with allocation. I would think that if you can pre-order online, you can arrange for store pickup. Say a store gets allotted 20 pre-orders, and you pre-order online and pick a store to pick up at, it would go against the online store allotment, not the specific store allotment.

At least that's what I think they are doing. Wouldn't explain why someone would be able to do it while another wouldn't.

Just bought mine. I'm going to be overloaded by taxes until it arrives in my hands here in Brazil, but as a fan, it will worth it.
