Builds with Low Level Requirements

I tried to make a build that would be comprised of skills which are only level 30 or less.

I figure with release coming soon, we'll have to find builds which we can make and earlier on in the game.

I've done a pretty poor job here, so see if you can come up with something more well-rounded. Preferably, something with staying-power, that you can carry through to level 60.
