Firebomb (Ghost bomb): Long range damage skill
Firebats (Vampire bats): Close range damage skill and healing
Spirit walk (Healing journey): Escape skill w/ healing
Fetish army (Head hunters): For those tough situations
Zombie dogs and Gargantua: Pets
Interesting Build! Not sure how viable the follower will be in later levels but I would change the last skill he uses to inspire as it looks like you have plenty of Vitality restoring runes.
The only thing I may change is spirit walk with another damage skill of some sort. You have the get off me skill with firebats. Maybe explore it with haunt or acid cloud. locust swarm etc. You could go with either zombie handler or jungle fortitude as a passive. Blood ritual for more life giving needs.

Yes but what if you are surrounded by elites with some nasty attributes? You may want to use a get the **** out spell before you start killing them, especially in inferno. And it can also be used as a healing spell since it's a 15 seconds CD and give you 14% health back over 2 secs.
