Diablo 3 Grail Sheet [v1.01]

Hi folks,

This is something I was meaning to get ready in time for release and hope it is something people might be interested in.

For those who don't know what a Grail is: It is a challenge to find every set/unique drop in game while playing. I have extended this to include Blacksmith Plans and Jeweler Designs for a true 100% grail. Also included is the option to track Perfect Rolls if you are crazy enough to attempt a Perfect Grail.

The sheet will give an automated readout of your overall progress as a percentage as you update it.
While it will require amendments once we have a more final item database, I'm circulating the sheet in an early stage for testing, spellchecking, suggestions and so on. Please feel free to reply here or PM me with any suggestions.

v2.00 - Updated item list include Set Plan name changes and Infernal Machine Plan
v1.10 - Updated item list from strategy guide, minor formatting tweaks.
v1.02 - Added new Blacksmith Plans to list, Amendments to other items.
- Removed Set items that now exist as crafted items learned from a single Blacksmith Plan.

A future suggestion, if you are crazy enough for it. In the D2 SP forums, we had a grail sheet that had the stats of each item as well that you would fill in, so instead of marking down a 1 for drop and 1 for perfect, you enter in the stats and it calculates the perfection of the item.

It's a lot of work, but an idea if you choose to implement.

This is perfect!!! Thank you thank you thank you!! My buddy and I are item collecting buffs. We did it in Diablo 2 but just tracked it on paper. We collected every item in Oblivion (ITEM...not weapon...including skulls, furs, spoon, forks, bowls, etc...we're freaks I know). He is almost done getting every item in Skyrim, lol.

Thanks for the suggestion. If I decide to go to that sort of level, it will certainly end up being a long term project given the work involved. I am undecided though. In my mind perfect by definition is an absolute value and such a thing as 'percentage perfect' is kinda funky with regards to the terminology.

Short term plans are to get an accurate item list as soon as possible after release (I'm thinking a strategy guide in pdf form might be available faster than the game guide on Blizzards site). After that I'll lose myself in my HC Demon Hunter for as long as I can.

Just an update to let people know that v1.10 is now uploaded.
This includes an item list amended based on information from the Bradygames strategy guide and should therefore be at least release ready.

in the list as we do not yet know if they are a rare drop or guaranteed ala Wirts Leg in D2.

Please let me know of any errors, or updates that need to be made and I shall endeavor to address them as soon as possible post release.

Note: Just as a point of interest. Originally the list was compiled from 543 items. Now the total grail consists of 398 items. Many of those missing items were Legendaries. I can't help but wonder if these items were cut due to lack of time, similar to PvP.

I hope I can make use of this! Up to now not one of this items appears in my box nor I find one hacking & slaying around.
Maybe it is a good sign to have at least ab table showing whats possible
