Achieving something gives you an extra amount of satisfaction... and a lot of self-grown vegetables taste WAY better than what you can buy in a supermarket.
Heh, I was doing just that about half hour ago. Digging but making sure as I lifted up the spade of dirt to put in the wheelbarrow I was doing navel to spine Muttering to myself 'navel to spine, navel to spine' to remind myself.

I'm only doing that as I've not been to the gym in over a week which is the first time in a couple years. I usually go 4 times a week but I don't do weights or the machines. I do classes like Pilates, spinning, step, 'bums, legs & tums' and pump. I do two classes each day back to back or it doesn't feel worth it. But as I say, lazy cow this last week so mad gardening will have to do.

I'm currently trying to prepare for 12 round boxing matches. Train to near fainting, eat, sleep, repeat.

I am glad to see that we have many active people here on the forum. Keep posting what you like to do, even if it doesn't require weights or a gym. Hiking, walking, swimming, basketball...what have you.

@Elly I am not surprised by your regimen. I have heard you on the podcasts and...you sound lovely. (blush)

What is everyone else currently doing?
You know, you're not forced to become a true barbarian before playing D3

    Re: Favorite work out?

That would be somehow awesome if I had to take bow shooting lessons before playing amazon, boxing and axe throwing before barbarina, medicine before paladin, animal care before druid etc...

Btw, if you lift weights too much you become slower and more muscle. If you run very much, you get more stam. Str > dex?

Is it any good? I'm currently running 40k a week but I have p90x, the plan was to start that in a few weeks.
