Anyone use a AMD HD7750 in the beta?

sc2 is different game, but also blizzard engine. It is still above recommended specs (a better card than gtx260 or radeon 4870), given they optimize retail client better than beta, game should be playable at full hd res no problem.

My brother has a Radeon 4850, and the 7750 should be very similar in performance. I played on his computer a bit during the weekend. 45-50 fps constant at 1280x1024. Hope this helps

It does. My problem is that I'll be driving a 30" at 2560x1600 and was wanting to make sure it would handle it at that resolution.

Hmm ... at that resolution I can't say how well it should perform. But I'm expecting the final game to be much more optimized than the beta, so maybe 30+ fps at that resolution wouldn't be to far fetched. Just out of curiosity, why are you going for the 7750? Is is (besides the fact that it's a pretty decent card) it's lower power consumption?

I can get one with a passive heatsink. Like the lack of noise.
