The affixes must work with all rune effects, without causing balance problems. What other bonuses would you suggest?
They could make specific +skills for different runes etc.
Even damage, -cd etc. will affect various rune effects differently, so adding other effects which also affects the skills differently wouldn't be so different after all.
I would like to see +skills which affected more of the specific variables in the different skills though.
Such as another hit in multi-attack skills, more % dodge from monks dodge mantra etc. Pretty much some of the things the old rune ranks did.
