I'm sorry, I tried to stay friendly the first time around, but this "only ask intelligent questions or I won't bother" attitude is really bugging me. So far, one newcomer has used this thread to ask a simple question, and you boldly told him you won't answer it. Arrogance much?
For starters, how can anyone tell which questions only you can answer, the almighty two day betamaxer, apart from "What do you use for staying up two nights in a row, coffee or Red Bull?". The idea of a newcomer forum is to have several threads with questions here so that they be easily searched, there's a search function for that. A thread with a whole bunch of questions and answers makes things hard to find, especially if there are more threads like that. Of course, this argument might not apply if you are so selective about what you answer, then this thread can of course remain very short...

When people tell me "plz" just because it's shorter than 'please', I feel perfectly justified to answer 'No' because it's shorter than 'Yes'.
