the reason for this thread is so i can track this thread and have the questions sent to my email which sends to my iphone so very quick responses to questions

The intention behind this thread is great and Magikarp I'm glad you're being helpful to newcomers to the game. But (you knew there was one) I think it's a good idea to have individual threads dealing with specific topics as questions and more importantly answers could get lost in a single thread. Also discussion on answers can be more focused in a thread on an individual topic, rather than multiple discussions in a single thread.

Your FAQ thread is a good idea and I hope you'll continue to add to that.

Yah I knew that this thread would eventually get cluttered and would be hard for some people to tho through it to hopefully find an answer I've been workin on the FAQ more and hope to finish it soon but keep on adding on to it

Interesting question came up while talking to my friend.

If I wanted to give a Legendary item I found to my friend, can't I just drop it for them? These items are not bound to account like WoW right? Assuming I've been looking in the correct places the drop-anything-and-other-players-can-see/pick-it applies in full?

correct, nothing is Bind on account / pickup etc u can give ur friend a legendary

Another one I thought up:

Since there's a shared stash now, I read that the stash size has changed over time and in beta I never actually went past the first 7 slots. What is the final stash size and how confident can I be that, being a packrat of sorts, I can keep all the junk I want?

At one point during the beta there were 5 tabs in the stash. They reduced them to 3 claiming that having too many items in the stash would slow down their system.
The stash has 3 tabs and only the first tab is enabled when you start the game on a fresh account. Each tab has 10 rows x 7 slots = 70 slots, for a total of 210 slots (for all 3 tabs).

Can the chat window be moved or enlarged in some way? And...can you disable the chat messages where they show text of what NPCs say?

I can't believe I'm asking this, but do stats affect your DPS? So far all I've seen is weapon damage this weapon damage that. I would like character levels/stats to factor into how much damage I do...
