Throwing hammer for stun to begin the combo>>>leap to get in melee range+stun again>>>Earthquake while they're stunned>>>Ground stomp to stun for another 4 seconds, frenzy for more stun chances. Even without earthquake it will still work as just a simple stun barb.
Ignore pain+reflect dmg might be awesome if its played right. only thing im on the fence about. The passives are mainly for extra defense

What i want to accomplish with this build -
I want to be a barb that can take an incredible amount of damage while able to peel the enemy off of my partner while still dishing out plenty of damage.
Frenzy /w Smite - Can anyone say stunlock? at this current state its seems a bit overpowered
Rend /w Bloodlust - Best Damage /w Survivability. Could switch into HOA for more damage
Warcry /w Invigorate - Team buff for lots of health.. making my partner who will be building more glass cannon that much stronger.
Ancient Spear /w Dread spear - Peeler, gotta protect my teammate, more life steal yes please
Leap /w Death from above - 3 second stun + smite LOL goodluck moving
WOTB /w Insanity - turns me from a tank into a tank with a bigass cannon
Passives - Ruthless / Bloodthirst / Juggernaut
For some reason, I can't think any Barb pvp build without Furious Charge.
Just thought of something, probably hard to pull off but might work. Knockback skills could also be used as a temporary stun right? Anyone ever play fighting games where you could crush someone by keeping them up against a wall. So does anyone think its feasible to keep using a skill like seismic slam with increased knockback & stuns to hold em on the wall?
= gangbang
frenzy + smike + knockback on gear would be g0d
