I tried to change resolution, graphic details, all options ingame, nothing helped..then i exited game, updated graphic drivers to latest ones, updated direct x..tried again, took me 1.5h to login..just to see that nothing changed and now completely
tired and angry Im here with hope that someone of you will help me
My configuration is :
E8400 3.4GHz
3 GB DDR2 800@901
Ati Radeon HD 3850 not overclocked
Win 7 Profesional
Thx VERY much for answer !
EDIT: It works in windowed mode, only lighting objects are pixalizied but as i read on this forum, its common issues with 12.x ati drivers.
But still, in Full Screen mode its unplayable.

The only thing I can come up with is to check your ati control panel and check if there is anything changed to the pixel shader because it looks like that.
Can you check the letterbox option in DIII and see if it solves the grey textures issue. You might still encounter some graphical glitches though.
Here is another thing you can try :
1) Uninstall the video card drivers.
2) Install the Catalyst 11.5 drivers
3) Go in the Catalyst settings and make sure “Disable Catalyst A.I.” is unchecked.
4) Launch DIII to see if everything looks normal. If not, install previous drivers.
5) Install the latest drivers once again.
6) If you are lucky everything will work correctly.

Thank you for your contribution to my problem and I apologize for late answer..my router died cause of storm blabla..so didnt have Internet access but I saw thread earlier then that happened, I tried 11.5 drivers and nothing changed :\ Now when I got my Internet back i saw that 12.4 drivers came out but unfortunately D3 is not avaliable for open beta anymore so I guess I'll have to wait official release to have a check. Thx again.
Hi, again me, with starter edition of D3 and with same problem as I had in OB.
How game looks (to me) in full screen you can see in my 1st post up, and how game looks in windowed:

Atleast no gray stuff, but all lightning object and sourroundings to it are pixalizied and its getting on my nerves.
I have tried what Tilitoon said, I have found "fix" via googling which goes like this:
"Use AMD Catalyst Install Manager to uninstall the driver.
Restart when prompted.
Delete ATI and AMD folders from C: Drive or whatever drive you installed Windows on.
Enter Device Manager.
Under Display Adapters, right click your Graphics Card name and select Uninstall.
Check the Delete the Driver Box and hit OK.
Check if any of the following processes are running: CCC.exe, atieclxx.exe, atiesrxx.exe, MOM.exe and close all of them.
Install and run Phyxion Driver Sweeper.
Hit Analyze.
Select AMD – Display checkbox.
Hit Clean and wait for the software to search for all the files. When prompted for action hit Yes.
Restart your PC.
Install 12.2 drivers http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/catalyst122precertifieddriver.aspx"
...
After I have saw that AMD releaseed 12.4a drivers which FIX graphic problems with D3 but guess what, nothing is fixed, atleast not to me.
So anyone has any idea? I wont buy full game until i fix this :S
Have you updated your copy of Windows 7 with the latest Service Pack ?
It seems the hotfix doesn't work for most people. One of the driver version I've seen working are the old Catalyst 9.3 (http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownloa...?&lang=English).
Yes, and I have original win 7 professional which is downloading updates as they come.
And update regarding this issue: I have uninstalled 12.4a, cleaned system with driver sweeper, uninstalled card from device manager, putted 12.3 and it worked !! BUT, it worked for like 2-3 hours..then I quitted game, came back and again graphic f****d up. What the hell...?
Ill try 9.3 tommorow, but I guess it will work like 12.3, some time, then again no.
Edit: again works with 12.3, we will see for how long. -.-
