I can't open the secret cow level in normal

just to be clear.
i am 100% sure i am using a wirt's leg and town portal tomb from normal diff.
i am 100% sure the char im tryin to open the level with has never even been in the secret cow level let alone kill the king.
i am 100% sure i have killed baal.

the char is a lvl 52 sorceress and i still always hear: "i Can't Use This Yet", when ever i try to transmute them in the cube.

help plz!!

Yes to both. i'm going crazy with this, it's just wierd...

Partied with someone who killed the king (iirc you don't have to be *in* the cow level for the quest to be completed)? I could be wrong about the mechanics, but hey, this is the only thing I can think of.

This, if your partied with someone who killed the king, then you complete the quest too and can't open the cow level. It happens a lot on accident when having a higher level power level you in cows.

OT @Axamas: Sol'kanar ^_^, my favourite card, it's not good, but the art has always been one of my favorites.
