I have a lvl 98 Sorc in Single Player. Started her in Oct 2008 and took around 3 months to get her to where she is through many hours of /p8 Baaling. Haven't really played her (Or SP) since 2010 though.

She should still be in the quest for 99 topic in SPF.

If I remember right, in addition of players 64, crushing blow was carried by any missile (could also have been applied to the total hp of monster, not base hp, for much larger chunks of hp removed/hit, but I'm less sure my memroy serves me regarding that), making both bowazons and LF javazons capable of quickly clearing a players 64 game. Due to static field applying with no limit in hell, a nova sorc with high lvl static was also capable of quick cow clearing in that patch.

Crushing blow is still been carried by missiles, but at half strength, and IIRC it has been like that in 1.09 as well.

In 1.09, guided arrow was subject to piercing which caused GAs to fly back and forth through the enemy.

That is right, but for multishot, only the 2 central arows carry the effect in patch 1.10+. In 1.09 every single arrow carried it, (as well as all lightning fury bolts if I remember correctly)

AFAIK, CB (if that's what you are referring to) is applied to all missiles which deal physical damage, even with MS, just like leech, OW and DS, but I'm not 100% sure, I admit. It's CTC effects which is applied to the 2 central arrows only.

Regarding LF, only the thrown javelin can apply CB. The lightning bolts don't because they don't deal physical damage. To my knowledge it was like that in 1.09 as well, but now you made me a small bit unsure about that as well

I've gotten to 95 twice, and I feel absolutely no need to EVER go higher than that. I'm perfectly fine stopping at 90 and just letting the exp bar go where it will. Very small return on advancement afterwards. If I was 10 years younger however, I'd probably go for it. Life keeps sucking my free time away for some reason as I get older.
