To calculate how many pixels is one yard I used Breath of Heaven, whose range is 12 yards. It turned out that 12 yards is about 130 pixels, or 1 yard = 10.83 pixels. So you can easily calculate that the entire width of the screen (1368 pixels) is over 126 yards. In short, Monk sees on left or right sides no more than 63 yards.
Due to the fact that the camera is at unknown distance from the Monk, it was difficult (with available in Beta skills) to calculate the proper range behind and in front of Monk.
Other players tests result (using the Demon Hunter's Vault - thx HardRock and Theocide ) that the range behind the hero (bottom of the screen) does not exceed 35 yards. The range from hero to the top of the screen is larger.

Here's a video that shows the current (patch 16) range of Dashing Strike: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wagEiJjP5GM
The second dash shows the maximum range nicely. It should be close to 65 yards, but I haven't looked at it too closely.

If I would want to do that, I wouldn't set them up as unlisted videos. Words cannot describe how little I care about social media sites.
No, I linked that video here as well because I think it's relevant to this topic.
From playing the beta, the hitbox seems to be huge on all of the Monk's primary attacks. Can't really count pixels but they hit much farther out than they look like they should.
