Color problem (already tried all solutions I could find) der=0>

Hello,
Let me clarify. 99% of the game's colors are fine. I have Windows 7, 64 bit. I have DiabloII.exe and Game.exe both set to Windows XP Service Pack 2, Run in 256 colors, disable visual themes, disable desktop composition, and run this program as an administrator. I also successfully installed glide wrapper. I also open the screen resolution window when running the game because that's supposed to help. The colors were all funky and these solutions fixed them except for some greens and blue's on the title screen. And also a few creatures in game like my summoned skeletons have strange rainbow colors on the arrows on their shields. It's very slight but I can tell it's there and it bugs me. Please help me!!

Ok so it's hard to see from the pictures but the title screen really has some strange blues and greens and why my skeleton is moving you can really see the strange colors on the arrows very vividly
