well at the moment we have nothing other than word, and i operate most analysis on KISS or Occam's razor.

im working the other way, because currently it is more likely that everyone is town than mafia, i will have a look at the discrepancies and probably most importantly who the mafia decide to kill, i.e players targeting them.

now obviously this is a different tactic to everyone else, but hey its my first game and ill see where it gets me, not very far i presume.

currently i can't see any credible information of mafia, it appears to me a bunch of paranoid townies to eager to lynch anyone, such actions will only drown true information in a pool of counter accusations.

Not sure myself either.



The first one is somewhat answered by RE as stated, and as for the second... I'd guess in the region of 14 or so to cover for the game. Now, were you asking the first question because a) you didn't noticed RE posting or b) you wanted to see who didn't read that post by RE? I'm hoping A, as I don't see the benefit in trying to prod of things that are clearly stated somewhere in the thread. If a mistake is made about such a thing it's generally due to being sloppy / tired whilst reading and missing the post / sentence in question. I know, I do that a lot myself.

Just interested in the reasoning behind the question.

Please do. While you're at it, try to reduce the amount of one liners you're dropping. They run out of content pretty fast. I'd like to get a read on you. Or maybe you could do that meta-read and drop a nice one liner on it?

2. I'm not even sure who you're referring to, but I wouldn't be so sure of anyone's alignment unless I had an investigative role and had investigated them. Even then I'd be on my toes.

I agree with Ankeli here. That is the post of all posts for no no's in a mafia game (especially day 1). Could he just be new? Yes, but I think its worth looking into. I would also be willing to revote korial or skjolde.

Lots of scum tells from people regarding the dreams. Do we act on this or do we just let it slide is the big question. korial and kestegs have both stated knowing more than most with no real reason as to why.

As for Noodle: better dead than alive usually. The game start time hasn't been good for me posting a lot and will most likely be that way for most of the game. I am around now though until I go to bed so huzzah.

as for the post restriction, it is day 1. I noticed a trend in korials posts and DID notice one where he did not use a smiley. Prodded him to see what we would get, got some info with Skjolde defending him and kestegs saying they cant explain it, but not enough to go off of IMO.

I never said they can't explain it, I merely asked for clarification on typical post restriction game mechanics.

For future reference, "day" often means the entire 48 hour day phase, which is how I meant it. Easy misconception though. Also with different time zones using the term "day" in another way can be confusing.

All I can say is 1) you missed a post where I didn't use a smiley and 2) I normally post using a lot of smileys. Gotten into my mafia game mode now though.

The examples are there in spades for those reading. having to catch up on 10 pages of posts for the second time in this game and I am not going to go back and pick on peoples posts again when others have pointed them out already.

I have yet to reply beacuse of two things.


1. I did not know that you were directing the red flag comment of yours at me specifically, so I did not post more yesterday. Now I know that is was directed at me, I will answer that between Skjoldes quick defence of other people, possible freudian slips, his cop remark (which is mainly why I voted for him in the first place), constant probings and specific, detailed posts about dreams (that seem to indicate that he knows more than he is letting on). Add this up and in my opinion i see no reason for me not to vote for him and that he is fully deserving of my vote.

2 Real life. As I mentioned in my first post in this thread, My Day starts at 4 PM GMT+2. I can read posts at work on my phone, but for the moment I cannot post. You would have gotten your answer yesterday if you had asked me the question you wanted to ask, instead of being ambiguous.

Ok then.

Because I've explained this previously, and it isn't just the two post thing either. I was away doing real life stuff, which I had also explained before leaving, so if you want to pressure me for that then go ahead.

Who are your top choices for today then? As far as I can tell you've not voted yet today.

Alright some thoughts from me so far on players in this game. Didn't make it further than about page 4 (40 posts per page), and not sure how thoroughly I can manage to get myself to read the remaining posts. It takes a lot of time for me.


Sathoris: Page 2, saying he had a list of quotes with nasty replies, but didn't bother to even bring up a single one, and then refuses to answer it when questioned about which replies he had in mind. Page 3 unvoting Asrrin and voting Goryani. Wanting to force a discussion around a Gory lynch with his post #103, or just wanting people to discuss in general? A bit scummy vibe, but I know Sathoris has a weird style as well. Not quite sure what to make of it.

Bad Ash: For asking the weird question about a post restriction, and for sticking with it. Gives me a bit of a bad vibe, but not enough for a vote atm.

coju: Very little activity up until page 4 (where I didn't get to read further). Just busy, or riding low under the radar? Guess I'll wait and see when he posts again.

Had a note about little activity on Laarz, but IIRC he has posted a bit since I took that note.


As for who has been consistent/made sense/posted good stuff, both Pyro and Solar Ice (not including the missunderstanding going on) Asrrin made some good posts too, and Ankeli seems his usual self.


As for who I would vote for. Atm it stands between Autti and Skjolde. I might have had my "new player" filter set a bit too high, and with that lowered, those would get my vote. But since I can be around at the end of the day, I will take some more time to consider the options, and read page 5 and 6 more thoroughly.
