The rolls do not get rerolled, it will keep the 200% def. But the base def of hell forge plate gets rolled: (421-530).
So you end up with 1894-2385 defense, 186 Str required, and I think lvl 67 required, but not sure.
If you roll it with 2385 defense then you have one seriously insane armor!
