Lightning zon skills, are they ITD?

Charge strike, Lightning strike, Lightning fury don't have any AR displayed on the character screen.

Does that mean they are ITD, or the screen is lying or something else?

They don't ITD, they work differently.

Charged Strike and Lightning Strike are composed of 2 separate atacks - a physical javeling attack and a lightning attack. The lightning attack always hits, but the physical attack uses AR and may normally miss, be blocked, etc.

In Lightning Fury OTOH the physical javelin always hits, but may still be blocked.

Lightning Bolt always hits but cannot be blocked (except by claw block) because it converts all physical damage to lightning damage.

Okay got it. So they will have the same attack rating for the physical part of the attack as normal attacks have, right?

Afaik, that is correct for Charged Strike and Lightning Strike.
