So is this a pic from a spreadsheet you made using my model? I'm confused. Also can you please link me a thread or wherever you found the info relating to transaction fees. Thanks
The paypal fees are just a guess, yes? I haven't found anything official anywhere yet...
No, It's the far right fees.

I've seen many assume that those would be the fees. But then again Blizzard might have a different deal with Paypal, so we can't really know. 0.3$ is a lot when you add it on top of Blizzard's 1.25$. And that's not talking about other possible issues that were already mentioned in other threads, like if I try sell gold for 2$ (choosing to send money to paypal) but I only manage to sell 0.2$ worth of gold - Will Paypal just tell me "thanks for your money" and leave me with nothing?
Paypal has this fee for everyone. There is a small possibility that blizzard has obtained another transaction fee option with paypal but for now this is the standard fee for all of paypal's transactions. Since blizzard handles the transactions on the RMAH I'm almost positive that "gains" from the real money AH that would not leave at min $0.01 in the paypal account would default to the blizzard account.
Again we don't have confirmation but this is the best interpretation so far. Also just because we don't know the fee does not mean it's not worth setting up these tools. The appropriate fees can always be inserted at a later date.
I will leave it as is for now, and update it when launch happens so the fees are set in stone. If you have already downloaded it, just change the fees yourself. Its very ez
Like I said, if it really ends up working like that, it will cause a lot of trouble for many people who intended to use the RMAH, especially for selling/buying gold (which will likely be the most common use of the RMAH if Bliz don't mess it up).
Nice job! The Gold/commodity history graph part might not be necessary, since this site does it all for you and will have all kinds of stats available, updated hourly![]()
