Varquynne - we've got a couple more entries to add to your sheet. I'm a huge fan of the hive mind class build generator you have on there, that's pretty awesome. I think in about a week before release we should version these off and have a pre-release and a post-release set of data, just so we can see how our thoughts changed once we actually got our hands on the skills, because I can foresee a lot of skills being much less awesome than what we think right now.
Based on my recent, short stint with the beta, I foresee a lot of skills being much more awesome than what we think right now. :P
Hey guys, figured we could revisit this, now that we've had some time with a larger portion of the skills. I created a separate tab and versioned off the beta data (haha) into different tab. When we get enough information into this sheet, I'll make the tables for the full release so we can do some side by side comparison. Here's the link again:

Only played the DH and Monk so far but reviewing my scores, I think I'd still give very similar ratings. The only one that gets a big change from me is Exploding Palm which I find unusable in its current state, so I'd rate it a 1. I'm finding it harder to rate them now, though, because I was mainly thinking of the idea of the skill and not worrying about balance. But after playing, there are some really cool and fun skills that are very poorly balanced and I'm not sure if I should factor that in or not.
