Will you get some kind of Blizzard Authenticator for D3 ? der=0>

Hey guys,

2 simple questions:

1) Will you get some kind of Blizzard Authenticator for D3 ?
2) If you will get one, will you get the physical Blizzard Authenticator or will you get the mobile application for your cellphone ? (it doesn't seem to be available for Android users, however ?)

I am asking this because I have never tried the Blizzard Authenticator, but I heard it is strongly recommended for Diablo 3 players to get this. I also heard that all (about 89% I think) WoW players have it because otherwise, they would get their accounts stolen a couple times per year.

1. i never used one in wow. i have played since launch and have never been hacked so not sure how needed they are

2. if they sell a physical Diablo themed one i will get it

They will force you to buy one by implementing some kind of false Bnet Balance cap etc., for those accounts without. GG.

2) ^ Physical... I don't believe in "smart" phones

But it does . . . I downloaded the free app about six months or so ago, after my WoW account was hacked. Haven't had a problem since.

I have one on my phone already. I hadn't played wow in a good 8 months, nor logged into my B.net account and was hacked. Have had one ever since.

EDIT: Mine is on an android as well.

No. If someone lands malware on my machine, I'd be happy to find out about it through a lost D3 account. Much better than finding out about it through lost bank / paypal / cc / email (eg, all of the above) information.

I had a Blizzard one for WoW but it was years old so I bought a Diablo III authenticator.
