@zgpmf: Given a generous interpretation of the looks some runes (trying to see the symbols resemble wings) one could argue that mal and ist looks like some rather corrupted pictures of birdlike creatures. Based on that, could it be Infinity?

Nice try, but Mal and Ist aren't HRs.

Hint: it's not a runeword (or any other item), it only contains certain 2 HRs names, next hint comes after another try
