What's wrong with this image?

Well, I came across soemthing interesting that someone has no doubt realised before, but let's see who the clever (or experienced people are).

If there isn't already a thread for challenge images like this, then how about we throw stuff into this one to see who can spot what's wrong.

As you can see, in this image I've taunted a unique monster.

you used a LawBringer on switch to remove the immunity and then cast taunt

There is a shrine nearby in the image so that would be my answer

The monster shrine is correct! I forgot to take the picture without the shrine in there, and the other time I pulled it off the shrine was in view, with the text from the monster shrine still available lol.
