Diablo 3 Beta @ 120 hz

So i am trying out Diablo3 with 120hz at the moment , but i experience some kind of lag. I have 120 fps and the monitor is running on 120 so i dont understand why it isnt running fluently.
It is very noticeable when the name of items is displayed (the words are lagging like hell)

Any thoughts ?

Did you try turning off vertical sync?

yes i tried,( turning it on makes the game set maxframerate to 60)
